Vehicle Transfers
This is the best and easiest way to shuttle for Cataract Canyon on the Colorado and Labyrinth Canyon on the Green. We know that organizing a river trip can be a logistical nightmare and we are hoping to alleviate some of the pain by making your shuttle arrangements a breeze. Plus, this method eliminates any shuttle stress of being at a certain place at a certain time, you might just want to stay on the river longer!
To start the process go to the book now page and 'Inquire' about availability for the river you would like to float. We will get back to you as soon as we can to confirm or gather more information about your dates. We try not to move your vehicle the day you launch or takeoff so please give us all the dates of your trip. If we confirm your trip, we will send you a detailed email with the logistics and the link to the Waiver. The link to the Waiver is also below and you can check it out. After you book your shuttle you have three options listed below to finalize the logistics. The first option is the most convenient and the one we do most often. We will assume the first option unless you state otherwise. When I know what kind of vehicle the lead will be we will let you know the best place to stash the key.
- Stash a key, arrange payment, and print the vehicle transfer waiver; sign it and leave the waiver in “lead” vehicle.
- Mail spare key and payment in advance, print the vehicle transfer waiver; sign it and leave the waiver in “lead” vehicle.
- Stop by our office with keys and payment, print the vehicle transfer waiver; sign it and leave the waiver in “lead” vehicle.
Correspondence can be made by phone or email. We drive your vehicles in a caravan and at least one Coyote Shuttle owner (either Jesse or Kristi) will be in the lead. We move your cars in the daylight, all drivers are responsible adults over the age of 25, and we never exceed 65 mph. We are pretty handy but we do ask that your vehicles be in adequate running condition (please, no floor boards or cylinders missing).
Please follow the instructions on the Vehicle Transfer Waiver carefully. If you don’t follow the instructions, and for some reason we can’t move your car, you will be very, very sad! We’d rather you were very, very happy.
