We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for parties under 5, 72 hours for groups 5-10, 7 days for 11-14 and two weeks for larger and custom groups. Our cancellation policy applies in every situation and there will be no exceptions.
Please still call and let me know if you can't make your shuttle or a person in your group can't join, even if it is last minute. Sometimes I can fill the spot.
We will make the decision on whether to cancel a shuttle due to extreme rain or snow. We will still operate on windy or light rain days.
In the case of the Whole Enchilada, we will go up as high as possible on the day you have scheduled your ride. If you only want to ride the “whole” thing and the weather looks like it may affect the upper sections of the trail, you will need to cancel before the allotted time period or we will still count on you (and your group) being on the shuttle.
VEHICLE TRANSFERS AND HIKING SHUTTLE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 10 days prior to your trip (launch) date will be refunded less the $50 non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations less than ten days and up to 6 days before, will be refunded 50% of total cost of trip.
The total trip cost will be forfeited for any cancellations less than 6 days before the trip. The policy applies to the entire reservation and to each vehicle or to each person for hiking shuttles.
We must adhere to our cancellation policy as we will still need to compensate our drivers to maintain a staff and to continue to offer this service. 'Stuff Happens' so we highly recommend travel insurance.
